One of the best things about this home is it's charm. It is a fully restored 1860s home. You find that many of the original architectural features still exist, such as the flooring, fireplaces, brickwork and more.
On the entry level, you'll find the kitchen, a parlor, one bathroom and the master bedroom (king sized bed). Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms (1 full, 2 twins) and other full bathroom.
Downstairs is a full basement with a large TV. It is a perfect space for hanging out after a day of exploring what Bristol has to offer!
This home is walking distance to downtown Bristol! Everything in downtown Bristol is a 1 min drive away, or about a 5-7 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and places to shop as you explore our small, but bustling town. The Bristol Casino is a 6 minute drive and the Bristol Motor Speedway is a 15 min drive.
Please note, to get into the home there is a step. There is parking for two cars in the driveway, but there is more street parking in front of the home.
During the warmer months, hang out on the front or back porch. During fall and winter, sit by the fireplace in the parlor.
