We prefer to keep all routine communication within the Airbnb app so everything stays organized in one place. That said, we are always available if anything urgent comes up during your stay. For emergencies or time sensitive issues, please reach out right away and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Please remember that you`re staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, please let us know promptly and most situations can be resolved immediately.
○ Dogs must be leashed at all times out front of the property and waste must be bagged and disposed in the trash. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event the dog waste is left in the yard after check out.
○ No pets on furniture. Guests will be charged an additional pet fee in the event that evidence of pets on the furniture is found after check out.
○Limit of 3 pets per stay.
○ No shoes inside
○ No parties or extra guests. Guests will be charged the full extra guest fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.
○ No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found inside the property

○ Strict outdoor quiet hours past 9PM. This is a family neighborhood so please be respectful and considerate by not disturbing the neighbors with noise.
