A refundable deposit of €250 is required for each stay. As a professional property management company, this is our standard procedure.

Each property includes a welcome kit with toiletries, soap, toilet paper and cleaning products for the first 1 to 2 days.



You are responsible for restocking these items during your stay if necessary.
