Look forward to a spacious, lovingly furnished 70 m² ground-floor apartment that offers plenty of room to relax, unwind, and spend time together. The combination of a cozy atmosphere, modern amenities, a large terrace, and proximity to downtown makes the apartment a wonderful base for a stay in Bocholt and the surrounding area.

🏡 Living & Relaxing
The heart of the apartment is the large, open-concept living and dining room. Here, you can make yourselves comfortable on the cozy sofa, eat together, play games, or wind down the evening in front of the fireplace.
Entertainment is also taken care of: The living area features a TV with a PlayStation 4. The cozy queen-size sofa bed also offers a comfortable place to sleep.
From the living area, you have direct access to the large, covered terrace. It’s a real highlight of the apartment and is perfect for breakfast, coffee, or a relaxing evening, no matter the weather. A separate garden entrance also provides convenient access to the adjacent, enclosed garden.

🛏️ Bedroom
The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size double bed (1.80 m) and its own TV. Bed linens are, of course, provided.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxing stay and includes, among other things, an oven, refrigerator, toaster, and air fryer. There’s also a cozy dining area.
For the perfect start to your day, there’s a dedicated coffee and tea corner with a kettle and a Senseo Select pad machine. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub—whether you want to jump right into your morning or unwind comfortably in the evening.
There’s also a separate guest restroom with natural light.
Towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are provided.

🚲 Space for Your Bikes
Bocholt and the surrounding area are ideal for bike tours. To keep your bikes safe, a lockable garden shed is available for your use. The separate garden entrance provides easy access.

📍 Bocholt & Surrounding Area
The apartment is located on Werderstraße in a pleasant neighborhood and is an ideal starting point for exploring Bocholt on foot or by bike. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away.
There you’ll find numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, as well as the shopping arcades. Also worth seeing is the historic Bocholt City Hall in the heart of the city.
Those who enjoy being outdoors will find plenty of opportunities for walks and bike rides in the immediate vicinity. The Aasee lake invites you to take relaxing strolls along the water, while the Bocholt City Forest, with its trails, offers plenty of space for relaxation in nature.
Bocholt is also an excellent starting point for extended bike tours through the Münsterland region and along the Bocholter Aa. Thanks to the well-developed network of bike paths, you can wonderfully explore the surrounding area on two wheels.
The Dutch border is also not far away and is ideal for a day trip., Whether it’s a bike ride into the neighboring country, a leisurely stroll through town, or an outing into nature—there’s plenty to discover around Bocholt.

ℹ️ Good to know
The apartment is located on the first floor but features slightly staggered levels. From the hallway, three steps lead up to the living area. The apartment is therefore not entirely step-free.
