Additional or guest parking is subject to HOA rules.

This light-filled end-unit townhome spans three levels. The ground floor includes the entry and two-car tandem garage. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms and a patio. The third floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area, half bathroom, electric fireplace and patio with ocean views. The kitchen includes a large pantry, ample cabinetry and everything needed for comfortable extended stays.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding Oregon Coast. The beach and parts of Rockaway Beach are easily accessible from the home, while garage parking makes day trips to nearby coastal towns convenient.

This three-level home is best suited for up to 4 guests and requires stairs between floors. Propane heat is provided; there is no air conditioning. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. One pet may be considered with prior approval, with up to two small dogs considered on a case-by-case basis. The property does not have a mailbox, so guests needing regular mail service should arrange a local PO Box. Packages may be delivered to the home.
