Please note the following rules:

Parties and parties prohibited: the house is a family place dedicated to rest and relaxation; no parties, noisy evenings or "party" type events are allowed.
Strictly non-smoking house: smoking is forbidden inside the house. A space is available in the garden if needed, making sure to use an ashtray.
Pets not allowed: in order to preserve the comfort of all guests and the maintenance of the accommodation, pets are not allowed.
Number of guests: the house can accommodate up to four people; any additional presence not declared at the time of booking is not allowed.

Respect for the garden and the terrace: please close the patio door when you go out and leave the exteriors in the condition in which you found them.

Waste sorting: please respect the sorting instructions in force in La Rochelle (instructions will be left on site).

Use of the plancha: we ask you to clean the plancha after each use so that it remains operational for the following guests.

Security: the house is equipped with a smoke detector. In case of emergency, the useful numbers (SAMU 15, firefighters 18, European number 112) will be reminded in the welcome booklet, as well as the addresses of the pharmacies and doctors on duty in the area.
