A pool day, a movie night, a friendly game and a bedroom with its own story: The Island Adventure Villa brings your Orlando vacation together under one roof. This nine-bedroom, five-bathroom ChampionsGate home welcomes up to 22 guests, with five king bedrooms and four imaginative children`s rooms.

SPACES TO GATHER
The downstairs great room brings Fantasia-inspired details to your shared living and dining space. Prepare breakfast in the full kitchen, gather at the dining table, or use the breakfast bar for a quick bite before heading out. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee makers, so family meals fit easily into the trip.

GAMES, MOVIES & PLAY
Challenge your group to pool or foosball in the Donkey Kong game room. Younger guests have a Toy Story play nook beneath the stairs, while the upstairs Harry Potter theater lounge offers a large TV and sectional seating for movie night. These separate gathering spaces give everyone more ways to enjoy time at home.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Five adult bedrooms each have one king bed, including Mandalorian and EPCOT-inspired rooms and three quieter retreats.

The four children`s rooms are:
- Minions: three full-over-full bunk beds, with six full mattresses, plus a slide
- Moana: custom boat-style beds with three full mattresses, arranged as two lower beds and one upper bunk
- Star Wars: two full-over-full bunk beds, with four full mattresses
- Batman: two separate full beds

The home has five bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is 22 guests, regardless of the number of sleeping surfaces. Adults must supervise children using the bunks and slide.

PRIVATE POOL & COVERED PATIO
Make time for a swim in your screened private pool, then settle beneath the Little Mermaid-inspired covered patio for an outdoor meal or a show on the patio TV. The connected spillover spa shares the pool system; it is not a standalone hot tub. Pool and spa heat can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free parking help keep your stay simple. Choose a favorite room, plan a family movie and leave room in your itinerary for a day at the house.

CHAMPIONSGATE & GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private use of the home, pool enclosure and covered patio, excluding locked owner or supply areas. Self-check-in is by keypad, with arrival instructions provided before check-in after required reservation steps are complete.

Eligible community recreation includes shared resort pools, a lazy river, waterslides and fitness facilities. Guest registration is required, and access is subject to resort rules, operating hours, availability and applicable restrictions. Community photos show shared facilities, separate from the private pool at the home. A car is recommended for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, dining, shopping and nearby golf.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Maximum 22 registered guests. No parties or events, pets, smoking or vaping.
- Check-in begins at 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM.
- Optional pool and spa heat is $40 per night plus applicable tax, requested and paid for in advance. Heating depends on weather and equipment conditions.
- Supervise children around the pool, spa, bunks and slide. No glass in the pool area.
