All the bedrooms have high quality cotton sheets to keep you sleeping well. Ductless heat pumps throughout the house will let you control the temperature of the home. A/C in the front living areas and master bedroom only - ductless system rated for 1000 sq ft each so if leaving doors to bedrooms open, should be no problem keeping front bedrooms cool. Laundry allowed!



Early check-in & Late check-out are not guaranteed. If it is available there will be a $50/per hour check out charge.



No keys to lose or to return. This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.



There are outside cameras on the driveway, front door, and back door for safety.



Professional landscaping services are used on this property and the landscapers may be there on the outside of this property during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home.



Garage is available as well :)



There is also access to the back yard and patio area.



There is one closet in the master bedroom locked for owners use only. There is a second closet in the master bedroom available for guests.

Autzen stadium is a 5 min drive / 25 min walk (1.5 miles North of Stadium)



Oakway shopping center 5 min drive (1.9 miles)

Shoppes at Gateway (Walmart and Target for grocery shopping) 5 min drive (1.3 miles)
