Perfect for couples, families, business travelers, and long stays, the apartment features 2 queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, air conditioning, and 1 assigned private parking space.

Casa Magnolia is centrally located with easy access to Puerto Rico`s top attractions. Approximate driving times: SJU Airport (10–15 min), Ocean Park Beach (8–10 min), Condado (10 min), Isla Verde (12 min), Old San Juan (15 min), Plaza Las Américas (8 min), and Distrito T-Mobile (12 min). Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers, and major highways are all nearby.

Important Information:
• One assigned parking space only. Additional vehicles must park legally outside the property.
• Wi-Fi is not currently available (installation coming soon).
• Coin-operated laundry is coming soon.
• The property does not have a backup generator or water cistern. Utility outages from LUMA Energy or AAA are beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed against.
