Beachfront, with direct access to the sea
Meerum 3 sits on the beachfront within the Thalasses Villas estate, and you can go from the villa and pool directly to the sea. The beach is known for its clear water and calm swimming conditions, and all living spaces are on a single level.

Private pool, hot tub and sea views
Outside is a private overflow seawater infinity pool and a heated private outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi). Pool heating available on request – please let us know before arrival. Inside, the master suite has an indoor hydromassage bathtub, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area frame the sea views.

Shared lap pool, outdoor cinema and a team on hand
Guests also have a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas. There is an outdoor cinema, a BBQ area with outdoor dining, sunbeds and landscaped Mediterranean gardens, plus complimentary bicycles, board games, video games and books for kids. A dedicated guest assistant and afternoon reception look after your stay. Weddings, celebrations and other events are possible only by prior written agreement with the host.

The space
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, for up to 6 guests:
• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
Each bedroom is en-suite, with a smart TV, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the outdoor areas. The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a large smart TV and a JBL sound system. Wi-Fi is available.

Practical points
The villa has air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer. Linens, towels and bathroom amenities are provided, along with a welcome basket of local products. The villa is partly powered by a photovoltaic energy system. On request, the team can arrange grocery pre-stocking, a private chef, massages and excursions.

The whole villa is reserved for your group: every indoor room and all outdoor areas, including the private seawater infinity pool, the hot tub (jacuzzi), the outdoor cinema, the BBQ and outdoor dining area, the sunbeds and the gardens. The one pool you do not have to yourselves is a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas. The villa has a private entrance, and there is free parking on the premises. The living spaces are on a single level, and you can go from the villa and pool directly to the sea. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

A dedicated guest assistant looks after your stay, and our reception team is on hand every afternoon. Before you arrive we are happy to help plan the details, and during your stay we can book restaurants, organise excursions and share our own local recommendations. Meerum sits on the beach at Pigianos Kampos, in the Rethymno area on the coast of Crete, as part of the Thalasses Villas beachfront estate. Away from the villa, we are happy to point you to hiking routes, wine and olive oil tastings, cooking lessons and other local experiences. Closer to home, the sea is directly in front of the villa, with clear water and calm swimming conditions, and the beach is a lovely spot at sunrise and sunset.

If you drive, there is free parking on the premises. Transfers and island tours can be arranged on request, and complimentary bicycles are provided for exploring the coastline and nearby villages.

• Maximum 6 guests; unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in.

• Quiet hours are 14:00–18:00 and 23:00–08:00.

• No smoking inside the villa, and pets are not allowed.

• Weddings, celebrations and other events are possible only by prior written agreement with the host.

• Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.

• The Climate Resilience Tax, where applicable under Greek law, is payable on arrival.
