30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:

☼ Full Bath: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, hand/face bar, massage body bar, and 2 toilet paper rolls

☼ Half Bath: Hand soap and 2 toilet paper rolls, if applicable

☼ Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, small dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels

☼ Trash Bags: A few liners for bathroom and kitchen bins

Starter supplies are intended to help get your vacation started. Depending on the length of your stay and personal usage, you may need to purchase additional supplies.


☼ A signed rental agreement is required for every booking before check-in. The agreement only needs to be signed by the guest who made the reservation.

☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
