Located near Masbareau but completely independent, Le Vieux Domaine is a 17th-century farmhouse carefully restored to preserve its authenticity. This warm and comfortable rural holiday home is ideal for weekly, weekend, or monthly stays.



With 150 m², it accommodates 8 guests (+2 guests for an extra fee) and includes:

- On the ground floor: a spacious living room with a stone fireplace and wood stove facing a cozy lounge area, a dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each (0.90 m), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

- Upstairs: a large bedroom for 3 people (one double bed 1.60 x 2 m and one single bed 0.90 m), a spacious relaxation room with a lounge area, sofa bed, and two single beds (0.90 m), a shower room, and a separate toilet.



Reversible air conditioning, electric storage heaters, carport, private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. Wi-Fi available.



Free access to the park, fishing ponds, games room with table tennis and foosball, leisure equipment, and the vegetable garden.



On site: visit the organic livestock farm, walks in the private forest, fishing, boating, and hiking. Nearby: many tourist sites to discover with the owner’s advice.



8 kWh of electricity included; additional usage available for an extra fee. Bed linen with beds made on arrival and towels can be rented. Firewood to be arranged with the owner. Cleaning and tidying fee required after each stay.



Please note: Events are not allowed in the house, but a large reception hall can be rented on site.
