Inside you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath as well as a fully stocked kitchen, dining and luxurious living area. The back covered porch steals the show with its 3 huge TV's, sofa, gas grill, gas fire pit, pull down sun screens, ceiling mounted heaters and fan and outdoor lights. The fully privacy-fenced backyard is the perfect place for kids or pets to play.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked cleaning closets and the backyard shed.

As you enter this beautiful home, you are greeted with an open-concept great room with a living room to one side and kitchen/dining to the other side. Living room has a gas fire place, huge sofa and lots of books and games as well as a big Smart TV. The dining banquet has seating for 5-6 and you can enjoy listening to our expansive collection of records on the record player. In the roomy kitchen, there is an island with seating for 6. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you might need to cook a family meal. To the side of the kitchen is our coffee/wine bar with mini-fridge, wine glasses, coffee mugs, a drip coffee pot and a Keurig. We supply coffee, creamer, sweeteners, tea and hot cocoa. Off the kitchen are French doors that lead out to the properties amazing covered patio space where there are 3 huge Smart TV's mounted so that everyone can watch what they desire! A gas fire pit is in the center of plenty of comfortable seating. Garage is available and features a stationary spin bike and mounted smart TV .
Back inside, down the hall you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a plush king-sized bed and a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and also features a king-sized bed and its own private full bathroom.
This property has room for 4 vehicles to park. Non-shedding pets are welcome by paying the pet fee.
