When arriving, please look for the blue house and proceed down the driveway.



Parking is available for up to three cars down the driveway. Street parking is limited.



Professional Management

Ocean Blue is professionally managed by Coast Getaways, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable and professionally managed holiday experience.



Guests may be required to complete digital identification verification before check-in.



Security Bond

A refundable security bond of $2,000 is payable by direct deposit at least seven days before arrival.



The bond will be returned within seven days of departure, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning required or other breach of the booking conditions.



HOUSE RULES

Ocean Blue is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours and the tranquillity of the surrounding area.



No parties, functions, bucks' or hens' celebrations.



No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including balconies and outdoor areas.



Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours.



The home is best suited to families, couples, multi-generational stays and mature groups of friends.



Third-party bookings are generally not accepted. The person making the reservation must stay at the property and is responsible for all guests.



Exceptions may be considered for verified corporate, insurance or relocation bookings.
