-The clubhouse keycard is located inside the unit and is attached to the garage door opener next to the microwave. Please take care of the keycard, as a $100 replacement fee will apply if it is lost.

Nestled in beautiful Heber City, this home offers a peaceful mountain setting with easy access to outdoor adventure. You’ll be close to Jordanelle Reservoir, where you can enjoy boating, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking, biking, and scenic views throughout the year. The area is also a convenient home base for exploring Park City, Deer Valley, and the surrounding Wasatch Mountains, with plenty of dining, shopping, and recreational activities within a short drive.

A car is recommended for exploring the area and making the most of everything Heber City and the surrounding mountain communities have to offer. The property provides convenient parking, including a designated garage space, additional complimentary garage parking when available, and free street parking. Major attractions, outdoor recreation, restaurants, and shopping are all easily accessible by car.

MIDA has partnered with Downtowner/Via to provide the Mountain Mover, a complimentary shuttle service for residents and guests in select Jordanelle areas. The shuttle offers a convenient and stress-free trips to and from the slopes, approximately 5 minutes from the ski lifts. More details about this shuttle service will be provided after booking.

Parking
• One designated parking space is available in the garage for your convenience.
• Additional complimentary parking spaces may be available in the garage on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Free street parking is also available nearby, providing additional flexibility for guests with multiple vehicles.

Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

-No smoking/vaping or illegal drug activity is allowed on the property, there will be a charge in addition to any damages they may have occurred from smoking inside the home.
-Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.
-No food is allowed in the living room.

-Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-Parking can vary in different complexes; vehicles must only be parked in designated areas. Please call ahead of time to inquire about RV, trailer, and boat parking as some complexes do not provide this.
