Powody, dla których warto dokonać rezerwacji
O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
The studio is part of a character-filled 1910 home that has been fully renovated. You access the unit through the backyard, via the deck — a private, pleasant approach that feels separate from the street.
The studio is thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The queen bed is tucked into its own area, and the sitting area gives you a place to unwind beyond the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, and a dual-fuel range — ideal if you like to cook. A Keurig machine is stocked with coffee capsules. The renovated bathroom features heated floors, a welcome touch on Seattle mornings.
Located steps from bus lines and the Burke-Gilman Trail, with Fremont's and Queen Anne's restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. Downtown Seattle is 10 minutes by bus.
Guest access: Self check-in via keypad — no keys, no coordination needed. Door code and instructions sent before arrival.
Other things to note: We live in the main house and want to be upfront about what that means. This unit is part of our home, where we live with our family — including young kids and a dog, so guests should be comfortable around dogs. Because the unit is inside the home, you'll hear us walking and talking, whether that's on the floor above you, in the other rooms on the basement level, or out in the yard. Our kids also practice saxophone and piano during the day. *If you need a very quiet, isolated stay, this may not be the right fit.*
You're welcome to use the backyard when we're not out there.
*Not wheelchair/mobility accessible — the pathway to the unit includes several steps spread out along the way, including a 6-step run w/ handrail.
