Your Gainesville getaway was made for bringing everyone together.

Whether you’re coming into town for a Gator game, UF event, graduation, family weekend, celebration, or just a relaxing getaway, this spacious home gives your group plenty of room to spread out, have fun, and spend time together.

One of the highlights of the home is the private screened pool area. Spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing poolside, or enjoying the Florida weather without having to leave the house. When you’re ready for some friendly competition, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained with foosball, air hockey, mini pool, cornhole, and more. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and wind down after a full day in Gainesville.

Inside, the home features two spacious living areas, making it easy for larger groups to relax without feeling crowded. Kids can hang out in one space while the adults catch up in another, or everyone can come together for movie night on the large TVs.

The fully stocked kitchen makes group meals easy, whether you’re cooking breakfast before heading to campus, preparing dinner after a long day, or simply keeping snacks and drinks ready for everyone. Coffee lovers will also appreciate the dedicated coffee bar for slow mornings or an extra boost before game day.

With sleeping space for up to 12 guests, the home is designed with families, friend groups, and larger gatherings in mind. Fun safari and Gator inspired touches throughout the property give the home personality while still keeping it comfortable and welcoming.

Location is another major advantage. The University of Florida and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium are approximately 10 minutes away, making this an ideal home base for football weekends, graduations, campus visits, sporting events, and UF family weekends. You’ll be close enough to everything Gainesville has to offer while still having your own private space to come back to at the end of the day.
