Exclusive availability of two en-suite double bedrooms opposite each other, with a guest kitchenette on the second floor of our hosted family home – ideal for extended families, friends, two couples, colleagues, contractor teams travelling together. The rooms are on either sides of the second floor landing with ample gap between them and with no shared walls - for privacy.

PLEASE NOTE: these are two private en-suite rooms on the guest floor of our hosted family home, not an entire property. We live on site and share the front entrance with you. Please read the access times below before booking.

THE SPACE
When you book this pair, you get both of our second-floor suites, Suite 1 and Suite 2, plus the guest kitchenette on the same floor. Each room has its own lockable door, its own en-suite bathroom and its own work space, so everyone gets privacy, a proper night’s sleep and somewhere to work, while staying together under one roof.

THE HOUSE
Ours is a modern detached family home, built in 2020, in a quiet cul-de-sac off Daws Hill Lane, High Wycombe. The second floor is the guest floor. The rest of the house, including the family kitchen and living areas, is private to our household.

M40 Junction 4: a few minutes’ drive, for easy access to London, Oxford and the Thames Valley
Heathrow Airport: within easy reach by car
High Wycombe town centre and Bucks New University: about 10 minutes’ drive
Morrisons Daily: a 10-minute walk
Eden Shopping Centre and Wycombe Leisure Centre: a short drive
The Rye park, The Dyke walking trails and Wycombe Rye Lido: close by, with the Chiltern Hills on the doorstep for longer walks

ACCESS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
We are working hosts and the front door is shared with our family, so access to the house runs to set times every day of your stay:

Check-in: 5pm to 10pm. A host meets you at the front door and lets you in. There are no front-door keys. 6 digit access codes will be provided after photo id-check and check in. We will also ask for the names of all guests staying.

Check-out: by 10am at the latest.

Quiet hours: 11pm to 7am, so everyone gets a good night’s sleep.

EXTRAS – ONLY BY PRIOR AGREEMENT
Subject to availability and our work schedule, and charged every day they apply, including on multi-night stays:

Early arrival (before 4 pm) £10 per hour
Late departure (after 10am): £10 per hour
Please arrange any of these with us well before your stay.

HOUSE RULES

Maximum 4 guests (2 per room) including children
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside
No pets
No parties, events or visitors
No loud music

Please keep the kitchenette clean and tidy, and don’t leave food in the fridge at check-out
We reserve the right to end a booking in case of behavioural issues

PARKING
Free visitor spaces are on the central reservation next to the cul-de-sac and along Trinity Circle. They are unreserved and subject to availability, and we don’t control them. Other free spaces may be available around the estate. Please keep driveways and turning areas clear.

ABOUT US
We’re a working family who live on site. One of us will greet you on arrival and show you to your rooms, and after that we’ll leave you to settle in. We work during the day, so messages are the best way to reach us, and we’ll always try to help where our schedule allows.
