This Provençal country house welcomes you to the heart of a 2-hectare estate planted with pine trees, olive trees, and vineyards. With the bright southern sunlight and the mild climate of the Luberon, you’ll enjoy a rare and unspoiled setting, just a short walk from a lively village and its Renaissance castle.



The large floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor open onto the garden, creating a beautiful flow between indoors and outdoors. You'll enjoy a spacious living room with a fireplace, a cosy dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. The upper floor features five air-conditioned bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes. Fiber-optic internet and a home office space are available.



The travertine terrace surrounds the house and extends into a landscaped garden. There you'll find a long table in the shade of the maple trees, a swing, lounge chairs, a pétanque court, and a swimming pool surrounded by a lawn. We've placed the heated hot tub in a former greenhouse that we've converted to include a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and a plancha grill.



You can explore the Luberon from the property: the Bonde Pond for swimming, the villages of Lourmarin, Ansouis, and Cucuron, and Aix-en-Provence, 30 km away. The hill in the background offers beautiful walks. The Pertuis train station's 11 minutes away, and the Marseille airport's 45 minutes away.
