65 Creekside House is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home on the banks of Oak Creek in Sedona. Designed for relaxation and peaceful getaways, our Creekside Retreat House is a charming cottage tucked into a canyon forest near Oak Creek. Surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of the creek, it offers the feeling of a secluded vacation cabin while still being conveniently close to the heart of Sedona. Your furry friends can also enjoy the fenced-in yard space.

After a day of exploring, unwind on your private creek side deck, enjoy a meal outdoors, or soak in one of our three community hot tubs located right alongside the creek next door. After a day of hiking, there’s nothing quite like soaking in a hot tub beneath Sedona’s incredible dark skies and watching the stars come out.

Guests also have access to our shared Creekside Terrace at the property next door. Sit creek side with a good book, relax in the hammock, or simply listen to the gentle sound of Oak Creek flowing nearby.

The property next door also features a covered community outdoor dining area with a gas grill, perfect for enjoying a meal surrounded by nature. With walking and hiking trails nearby, it’s easy to spend days exploring the beauty of Sedona without ever needing to venture far. For those who need to stay connected, the cottage offers reliable Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen HD TV ready for streaming.


A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay

Our Creekside Retreat House is located in a natural, flood-prone area near Oak Creek. We consider this part of the property’s wild and beautiful character, but there are a few important things guests should be aware of:

Creekside safety: Due to FEMA regulations, we cannot have fences or physical barriers along the creek. For this reason, the creekside amenities are not suitable for young children.

Occasional high water: The cottage is located in a flood plain. During periods of heavy rain to the north, the normally dry wash behind the cabin can flow. This typically occurs once or twice a year. Water typically recedes within approximately 12 hours, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Driveway: The property accommodates up to two regular sized vehicles in the driveway. RVs, large trucks, trailers or side by sides are not permitted. There is no additional guest parking on the property.

The cottage roof is thin, so you can hear animals scampering across it, rain drizzling on it, and even tree branches falling onto the roof. Nevertheless the cottage and location are magical, and once you settle in, slow down, and let the sounds of the creek and canyon forest take over, you’ll discover a peaceful and restorative Sedona getaway.
