Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. The neighborhood is walkable, with tree-lined streets and beautifully restored buildings, making it a delightful place to explore.
