The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the wonderful Palermo Soho area, one of the favorite sub-zones (not official) within the popular Palermo neighborhood, the largest in BsAs. It's one of the most vibrant areas of the city, as it integrates a variety of spaces and proposals to enjoy, where you'll never get bored, but you will be able to relax with a glass of wine. Palermo Soho is characterized by its "trendy" streets where fashion and trend are breathed, its bars, street art, young movement, artisanal fairs, and squares with events, themed places for all tastes and budgets. It's integrated with Palermo Viejo, called that by the neighbors

- Walk around Plaza Cortázar (Plaza Serrano) Plaza Armenia and surroundings at any time.

- Soho Market, a gastronomic space with events, DJs, etc.

- The "Bosques de Palermo" El Rosedal and El Planetario Galileo Galilei

- The Palermo Hippodrome, watch a race, and the Turf

Getting Around:

The apartment is close to two major avenues; Av. Juan Bautista Justo, and Av. Córdoba, with many bus line options (here called "colectivos") that connect to all points in the city.

The nearest Metro (Subway) station to the apartment is 6 blocks away, located on Av. Palermo, Estación Scalabrini Ortiz, Line D, green color.



You'll be able to find a variety of places to walk, buses to the Center, to nearby areas. You can also move around the city with App Drivers like Uber, Cabify, or Didi.



Other Things to Note:

- We recommend using Google Maps to find nearby parking, gas stations, and if you want to use public transportation, it's a great option.
