Welcome to your freshly renovated, private guest unit in Bella Vista’s wooded hills. This 1,000-square-foot unit has its own entrance, natural light, bedroom with queen bed, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, twin daybed with trundle, and futon. You will enter the suite through a massive Bike workshop and storage area that we call the bike garage!

Brand New: 85in tv + Sonos soundbar.

Perfect for work or leisure! Short or long term stays.

Enjoy nearby trails, hiking, golf, and Bentonville.

Notes: 3 steps and a short inclined path lead to the entrance. Most driveways are a bit steep in Bella Vista(including this one but it is very manageable). There is a residential unit above so you may occasionally hear footsteps.
