Pleasant villa located in Petit Piquey, on the Cap Ferret peninsula, just a 5-minute walk from the Bay of Arcachon and less than 4 km from the ocean beaches.
Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, the house offers beautiful living spaces open to the outside as well as a large garden of 1,100 m², ideal for sharing moments with family or friends.
