The location is this apartment's greatest asset:

Getting to and from the apartment is very easy:

From Gran Canaria Airport (LPA): You can take the Guaguas Global Line 60 (the blue buses), which offers direct service to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, stopping at the Santa Catalina Station.

Connecting to the apartment: Once at the Santa Catalina Interchange, you can take a quick taxi ride (5 minutes) or use the Guaguas Municipales (the yellow city buses). Lines 17 and 47 will take you directly to the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium and Guanarteme area, just a short walk from Calle Covadonga.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and older (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet Hours and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken out of the building upon departure.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Visitors: Access is prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation.
