Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'

A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.



Q: 'Is parking included?'

A: YES - Parking is free for TWO car. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Q: 'Do you allow pets?'

A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.



Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'

A: NO, sorry - Smoking is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.



Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'

A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located inside, next to, and behind the oceanfront building), but not the waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and not the fun zone areas.  Both of these facilities are operated by the on-site hotel management, and their guests are charged a resort fee.  We are also unable to buy into any access to these places. **Guests do NOT have access to the on-site water park, as this is not owned/operated by the HOA**



The Neighborhood:

We love this neighborhood just North of the upscale "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more quaint than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront fitness walk. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and relaxing vacation.



Getting Around:

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

MOTORCYCLES AND TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY. WE SUGGEST FINDING ALTERNATIVE STORAGE, SUCH AS THE PAVILLION PARKING DECK.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 1st Wednesday quarterly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



If you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
