Swimming Pool Open Hours:

The pools are open all year round, with lifeguards present only during the summer months. A pool tag is required for access.



Opening Hours: 08:00 – 22:00 (hours may vary depending on the weather and season)



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Please do not throw anything in the toilets except toilet paper. Items like wet/baby wipes, make up removal pads/wipes will block the pipes and cause serious damage.

The keys should be collected at our office at Avenida Manolete, Centro Comercial Centro Plaza, Kiosko 7, 29660, Málaga and returned there after departure.

Pool - you cannot use the pools when the gates are locked.



1. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet — absolutely nothing else.

2. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

3. Please dispose of garbage in the containers just outside the gates. Do not leave any trash in the stairwell.

4. Pool use is only allowed during the posted opening hours at the entrance.

5. Only use the designated apartment parking space (No. 28).

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
