The condos are built on a hillside to capture the gorgeous views. The walkways and gardens are beautifully manicured. The area is very safe with full time guards. Most residents are English speaking owners or vacationers.

From the condo you can walk to downtown or the hotel zone.
Uber is very easy and cheap.
IF you rent a car, there is free and safe street parking but no onsite parking. The HOA does not allow renters to park in owner spaces. The condo is located in the ocean view section up the hillside. Please keep this in mind.
