Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour, Hollywood Beach, and other popular Miami-area destinations are just a short drive away, making this a great base for both relaxing beach days and exploring the city.



Getting Around:

The beach is directly across Collins Avenue and easy to reach on foot. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and nearby parks are also accessible around Sunny Isles.



For exploring farther, guests can use Uber/Lyft, taxis, or drive. The apartment includes one complimentary designated parking space, 596C, and valet parking is available for $5 per day. Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour, Hollywood Beach, and other Miami-area destinations are a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Beach items are provided for your use. Please return them to the apartment clean and free of sand after use; beach towels may be returned used.



There are currently construction and renovation projects within the building, so occasional daytime noise may occur.
