Wide sliding doors open from the dining area onto the private terrace, where cushioned armchairs and a low table sit at the edge of the shared garden’s lawn. Inside, exposed timber beams run above the living room, with a deep sofa, a wall-mounted TV and wooden parquet underfoot. The kitchen is built around an island with two bar stools, with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, and the dining table is set beneath dome pendant lamps.

The nearest bus stop, Strma cesta, is a 5-minute walk, and from there Ban Jelačić Square in the city centre is about 27 minutes by bus; by car it is a 19-minute drive. For groceries, the Studenac Market on Bijenik ulica is a 3-minute drive, and Restaurant TAČ, serving Croatian cooking, is 7 minutes by car.

Once in the centre, everything is close on foot: the open-air stalls of Dolac Market are a 3-minute walk from Ban Jelačić Square, the medieval Stone Gate into the Upper Town is 7 minutes, and the Museum of Broken Relationships is 8 minutes.
