This two-story house, built in a regional style, is situated in the tranquil Pey-Mayan neighborhood on a fenced and wooded property that also includes a second gîte. At the rear of the house, facing south, is a large covered terrace equipped with a barbecue and a large table, overlooking a spacious garden planted with magnificent oak trees and bordered by the forest. A large wooden picnic table is available under the large oak tree, perfect for enjoying your evenings. The villa features a warm and elegant interior with a wood design. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area with a dining room seating 10, a lounge opening onto a fully equipped kitchen; a second lounge with a television, two air-conditioned bedrooms each with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet complete this level. The first floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a children's play and television area (with a sofa bed), and a shower room with a shower and toilet. Parking is available on the property. The entrance to the property is shared with the second gîte. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (supplement of €10 per day).
