~ As part of ongoing building improvements, occasional daytime maintenance or construction noise may be experienced in common areas. Building amenities remain accessible but may occasionally be affected by maintenance beyond the host’s control.

~ The building offers elevator access, a shared fenced backyard, outdoor dining areas, sun loungers, kayak access, ping pong, and a nearby laundromat.

~ Crib, Pack ’n Play/travel crib, and high chair are available upon request.
