A bright and airy one-bedroom in Downtown! Walk to Old Town, the very hip Slow Burn Coffee or Rumor Pizza. Minutes from Central Avenue, this place boasts a king bed, mini splits and a cozy furnace for winter. This unit is in a triplex, but has great sound separation and feels very private & cozy. The house is historic with hardwood floors and a very unique vanity with sink in the bedroom. There is a TV with a soundbar, internet, and a fully stocked kitchen.
