Located in the peaceful village of Glisidia on Paros, Villa Glisidia Sunset is a modern private villa designed for relaxed island living. Its three terraces offer different places to spend the day, from sunny mornings to beautiful sunsets overlooking Antiparos.
The entire villa is yours and can accommodate up to 8 guests. With a private swimming pool, garden, BBQ area, and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, the house is well suited to families and small groups.
The Space
The villa features three bedrooms, a separate office with a sofa bed, and three full bathrooms.
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with shower.
- Separate office with a double sofa bed (sleeping area approximately 155 × 187 cm).
- Additional bathroom with a bathtub, located near the kitchen and living area.
All three bedrooms have quiet, modern air conditioning.
Kitchen & Living
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and shared meals. It includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and wine cooler.
The living room has a large-screen TV and opens onto the outdoor areas.
Outdoor Living
The house has three terraces, each with its own atmosphere.
The main west-facing terrace is where everyone tends to gather. It is a lovely place for sunset dinners, long conversations, and warm summer evenings overlooking Antiparos. During the Perseid meteor shower season, you may even spot shooting stars on clear nights.
The second terrace is close to the swimming pool, with space to read, rest, or spend time together during the day.
The third terrace faces east and connects to one of the bedrooms. It offers another quiet place to sit outside.
There is also a private swimming pool, garden, and BBQ area with an outdoor dining table.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all three terraces, the private swimming pool, garden, and BBQ area.

Location & Getting Around
The villa is located in a quiet residential village on Paros, away from the busiest tourist areas.
A car is essential for a comfortable stay. Shops and beaches are not within convenient walking distance.
Public buses are available, but services are limited and infrequent.
Parking is available next to the house on a quiet dead-end street.

Please respect the quiet hours in Greece:
April 1 – September 30: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially on the terraces and around the pool, out of respect for our neighbours.
