We are up in the mountain about 200 meters from Hwy 3A coming into Nelson so there is highway noise. The speed limit in that section is 50 km so not high speed traffic.
My partner and I reside upstairs with our small dog and cat. We are in our 40's and are quiet, non drinkers but there will be foot noise.
