The Space:

Welcome to your Caribbean loft at Palm Aruba! This bright two-level condo sits on the fifth floor of a gated, resort-style community, just minutes from Palm Beach. Double-height ceilings, tall windows and a pool-view balcony make it feel open and airy, while the full kitchen, in-unit laundry and beach gear make it easy to settle in, whether you stay a few nights or a few weeks.

The open living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home. Soaring ceilings, marble floors and an open wood-and-steel staircase set the tone. Relax on the white leather sofa or the accent chair, put a movie on the wall-mounted TV, or slide open the doors to the balcony.



★ Kitchen and dining

Cook like you do at home in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: a side-by-side fridge with ice and water dispenser, a gas range and oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. You'll also find a coffee maker with a starter supply of coffee, a kettle, a toaster, a knife set, cookware, dishes and glassware. The glass dining table seats 6.



★ Main Bedroom (main floor)

A calm retreat with a queen bed, crisp white linens, a large wardrobe, a dresser, TV and air conditioning. The hall bathroom is on the same floor.



★ Bedroom 2 (upper level)

Up the open staircase you'll find two full beds, a large wardrobe, a dresser, TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Its interior window looks out over the double-height living room.



★ Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms with marble finishes: the en-suite in bedroom 2 and a hall bathroom on the main floor. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are ready for you.



★ Pool-view balcony

Start the day with coffee under the pergola, or unwind with an evening drink while the trade winds keep things cool. The bistro table and chairs look out over the palm-lined pool.



★ Resort-style community

Palm Aruba is a gated community with 24/7 security and elevators. Spend your days at the large pool with its separate kids' pool, loungers and umbrellas, then work out in the fitness room, play tennis or shoot hoops on the half basketball court. There's also a BBQ area and a playground. The BBQ area and tennis court are booked in advance through the community's app.

Palm Aruba is a quiet, gated community in Noord, just inland from the high-rise hotels of Palm Beach. You get a peaceful home base with some of the island's best beaches, restaurants and nightlife a few minutes away.

• Palm Beach: calm turquoise water, beach bars and water sports, about 5 minutes by car or a 15 to 20-minute walk

• Eagle Beach: wide white sand and the famous fofoti trees, 5 to 10 minutes by car

• Arashi Beach: a local favorite for swimming and snorkeling, about 15 minutes by car

• Restaurants and bars along Palm Beach: about a 15-minute walk

• Paseo Herencia, an open-air mall with shops, restaurants and evening shows: 5 minutes by car

Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to explore Aruba, and your stay includes one free parking space. Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 20 minutes away by car.



✔ Taxis: easy to find at the airport and at the Palm Beach hotels. They use fixed rates instead of meters, so confirm the fare before you ride.

✔ Bus: Arubus connects the Palm Beach hotel area with Eagle Beach and downtown Oranjestad, about every 15 to 30 minutes during the day (bring cash for the fare).

✔ On foot: small grocery stores are a short walk away, and Palm Beach is about 15 to 20 minutes on foot.

PALM ARUBA COMMUNITY:

The BBQ area and tennis court must be booked in advance through the community's app, based on availability. Tennis rackets and balls are not provided.



STAIRS:

The upper level is reached by an open staircase. Please keep an eye on young children.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (4), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

There are security cameras around the Palm Aruba building. There are no cameras inside the condo.
