The space:
Located in a peaceful neighborhood across from the Mississippi River.

The driveway can fit up to 4 cars and the garage can fit an additional 2 cars. Due to the City of Fridley’s regulations, overnight street parking is prohibited. Please also note that street parking along the property is not allowed due to the Mississippi River Trail.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests and all linens, including blankets and comforters, are washed.

The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets and a French press. An assortment of spices are also provided. Cleaning supplies and a fire extinguisher can be found under the kitchen sink.

There are an assortment of puzzles, games, and books. There is a bean bag toss, ladder ball and a football and basketball in the garage. Extra chairs are located in the garage.

The house also has two smart tvs that guests can log into for streaming (not included in photos).

Guests are able to access the entire house minus one small storage room.
