Front door entry is via digital security keypad which automatically locks 10 minutes after access.

Host management give guests their space but are available for questions, information or issues that may come up by phone, text, email or in person support.

Morse Avenue provides quick and easy access to main arteries within Villages, Highways and Interstate thorough fares. Golf Cart travel within villages uses designated cart paths separate from street byways.

Private residence pools by state statutes require Safety alarms to be activated if children 18 & under ever present in residence or pool area.

We intentionally do not normally rent to families for this reason but will consider upon request. Guests who have visitors with young children must adhere to parental/adult supervision & activation of Safety alarms as stated in House Rules.
Guests must provide names and ages of all booking to stay at property as standard procedure in order to have booking finalized by Host.

1. During stay do own dishes, laundry, put trash out to curb Monday & Thursday evening for neighborhood sanitation removal. 2. No wet swimwear on interior furniture. 3. Dry off before reentering residence from pool. 4. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property. 5. Quiet 55+ neighborhood no loud or late parties*. 6. Strict Pool rules if children 12 or under ever present in residence. 7. Keep pool area `outside screen doors` locked at all times for Security & Safety 8. No pets or service animals without prior approval of Host due to allergy concerns*. 9. Names, Ages, Birthdates and addresses of those staying at property required due to insurance & Villages community guidelines *. 10.
