BOOKING NOW FOR 2027. This superb modern villa is tastefully furnished comprising 3 double bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people, two with double beds and one with twin. Travel cot and high chair are also available.
The villa has been completely refurbished inside and out and is located at Nerea.
The layout of the villa is ideal with a large double room plus large twin room on the ground floor, both serviced by a large family size bathroom, with walk in shower, WC and sink. Windows look out from the bedroom and bathroom to the mountains and private pool at the rear of the property. Furthermore on the ground level is a spacious lounge and fully fitted kitchen [dishwasher and fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave],with patio doors leading onto a large balcony that surrounds the front and side of the villa. Here you have beautiful views of the mountains and partial views of the sea whilst enjoying 'al fresco' dining. There is a pull across blind on the balcony to protect you during extreme temperatures. We have a BBQ just to the side of the property with easy access to the balcony and dining table. There is also an indoor table with chairs that can be set up in the lounge if the weather is not suitable for eating outdoors.
On the upper level you have a further large double bedroom and family size bathroom, comprising walk in shower, WC and sink. There is plenty of wardrobe space in all the bedrooms.
Our lovely pool gives you privacy at the back of the property [8 x 4], with steps into the pool. There are mountain views at the back. Six sun beds are available plus two large umbrellas.
The villa has the luxury of being on a small impressive complex with amenities on site, such as the French restaurant - Mareva Bleu. Take a look at their website online. The complex is nicely tucked away on the coast road leading along to Font Nova, just 2.0 km from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peniscola
[5 minute drive]. It is possible to walk in and out to the resort (approximately 15 minutes) and the views of the castle on the walk in are outstanding. There is also a local bus service that drops off in the centre of the resort from Nerea, on the hour, if you don't want to walk or drive - it runs during the main season only.

With the villa having its own private wifi and full air con, it really has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There is a communal pool just a 5 minute walk from the villa if you want to socialise a bit more - its free of charge. There is also a small play area at the restaurant. You can use the restaurant pool and its stylish facilities also, but they do ask you to purchase a drink whilst using their facilities.
Peniscola has vast stretches of sandy beaches, water sports, paddle boarding, body boarding, banana boats, and cycle hire. It has a cosmopolitan atmosphere, trendy restaurants, cocktail bars and shops.
The beautiful castle on the headland is well worth a visit. The cobbled streets run in all directions and are filled with flowers, good quality restaurants, some of which have beautiful views, as well as quaint shops, ice cream parlours and cafes. The lovely harbour on the south beach sees fishing boats unloading their wares each day and there's many tourist attractions within easy reach of Peniscola, including a fantastic water park in Bennicasm, Port Aventura (one of Europe's largest theme parks), the cities of Valencia [with its bio parc], Barcelona, the ancient city of Morella, as well as many more. The area literally has something for everyone and caters for everyone's needs - a chill out lazy holiday, visiting the many historic areas of interest or walking/hiking in the Parc Natural d'Irta. Festivals are abundant both in Peniscola and its surrounding neighbours. There seems to be something happening most weekends.

We do not permit smoking inside the villa nor do we accept any pets. The villa is suitable for families [please bear in mind the steps if you are thinking of holidaying with very young children], and its not a party villa, so we do not accept groups of young people. Upon booking I will be in touch as I require a copy of each person's passport for reporting to the Guardia under the terms of the Tourist Licence agreement.
