We spent seven days in The Butterfly Apartment. Location is very nice - quiet neighborhood, with a plenty of shops nearby and good transport connections to see the whole city. The apartment is very clean and there is everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. The Owner is very helpfull and they provide you a Guest App, where you can find some usefull info about your stay in the apartment and the city of Brașov.
We had some minor problems at the very beginning, with door code and water heater, but the Owner provided us support quite fast, so it was't very problematic.

The location is ok, very close to centre, nice neighborhood, shops, it was ok.
The announcement has 150 pictures, first ones looks good but in the ending is the real apartment, not so fancy as the first pictures. Also the AC is not working well as in it doesn’t make cold, needs maintenance, the tub was very noisy as , you can hear the train, the tv from the bedroom si vintage and the channels are cheap. Per total the apartment was way to expensive.

"Czysty, nowy apartament w nowym budynku z podziemnym garażem. Blisko linii komunikacji miejskiej. Łatwy dojazd po poznaniu lokalnych uliczek."
