Property was absolutely fine, very no frills though. Great fir exploring the local area and some fantastic walks. Location is great, very quiet however was dissapointed that other guests didn't heed the rules and no-one from the property challenged them. A couple of niggles but in no way complaints, no oven gloves provided, clock in kitchen area not working, light above sink inupstairs bathroom not working, a few stains on carpet upstairs, no loo roll holder in upstairs bathroom. It would appear that property isn't cleaned particularly well between visitors as loads of dust and debris under sofas and just looking a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Other than those points it was a good stay as we were out and about most of the time.

The location couldn't have been better. We felt like we were in the country but very close to all of the amenities, Castles and the Dover Cliffs. James and his team took awesome care of us during our stay. Definitely a great place for family and friends.

The cottage was really pleasant, very quite and had a lovely out-look over the courtyard and surrounding fields.
Through the Kitchen window we could see the two beautiful horses, Foxy, its young and rabbits.
Sound proofing very good unable to hear any of the neighbours.
lovely walks available from the back gate and a very lovely village and bay with really good restaurant's.
James was very friendly and helpful. Thank you .
