The property is a great location, so close to both East and South Croydon station and so easy commute into central London. The floor space in the apartment is very good and the bedrooms were comfy and as they were below ground level actually quite cool which we were grateful for in the hot weather we had at that time.
The communal entrance hall was very dirty and we were apprehensive when we saw this that the apartment would be the same, thank fully the apartment was clean enough. The building had other tennants which were at times quite noisy and also there was the smell of cannabis quite often coming through to the lounge (but not as much to the bedrooms).

The nearness to croydon center and access to quick transport
The noise from the train commuting just behind the house

We were told after booking that a security deposit had to be paid. This was not mentioned initially. Booked for 4 people, the sofabed didn't come with bedding until we had to contact staff. Staff were ultimately helpful and polite, they got bedding straight away.
Cigarette ash on the bathroom floor. Shower did not look like it had been cleaned.
