The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it was very nice that you could either have it in the room or outside at the restaurant.
We stayed at the Zen suite, which was very nice and spacious. We really liked the jacuzzi.
We also booked the spa for ourselves and I recommend it. The view from the outside jacuzzi is quite something and sauna's felt so good.
It's definitely not a walking destination. The bus stop was out of order. We did some walking anyway, and if you use the stairs from the main road, it's not a long walk to the beach. Or even to the town. However, the road next to the spa is pretty traffic heavy and they drive fast. Not a pleasant feeling to walk by the road, and definitely not in the dark. We mainly used a taxi.

Everything, the room, the food, the staff and location.
Only one slight inconvenience is the parking on first arrival (if coming by car) as nowhere to stop on the road, but once signed in you are given a remote to open the barriers for free parking while staying.

Room was superb, staff were all very helpful and made my partner, 8 month old daughter and myself feel very welcome. Food was really good and the hotel was very modern and clean inside. We highly rate this hotel.

The place was clean and staff friendly and helpful.
Hotel was directly off the side of the road and a bit noisy. We looked very forward in relaxing thru the spa room jacuzzi/hot tubs and hotel room tub/shower, however and unfortunately, the water was barely lukewarm.
