Lovely and spacious room, on-site restaurant and bar very good, personnel very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to water and center of downtown. Very quiet at night to get a good sleep.
Housekeeping could have been improved, some amenities missing on occasion (our stay was 17 nights), didn’t change the sheets or vacuum as often as their schedule said they would. Not a big issue and it didn’t spoil our stay.

The room was fine, up on the 13th floor, and because we paid extra our breakfast was included as were afternoon hors d'oeuvres and evening desserts. Also, downstairs where breakfast was served, snacks were available anytime - free!
Not the hotel's fault, but construction was taking place nextdoor on a highrise and that required following a path around to reach the front of the hotel. After doing it the first time, it became easy. The location was otherwise perfect, accessible to many things in the area within a short walk.
