The location was fabulous
Right on the water, our room had a balcony that looked over the water to the paddle boat, the outdoor patio was wonderful

Great location, comfortable room and nice staff
The kids running up and down the hall way at night. I know this isn’t the properties issue and parents should have been dealing with this.

Very dated room/bathroom, balcony railing is right at eye level impairing view - specifically rented a harbour view for the balcony view! Very bad bathroom lighting, tv didnt work properly the channels were not synched with the menu - if you went to CNN you got the space channel...for every channel! Very over priced stay very disappointing. Plus the staff advised I didn't need to leave my parking voucher in the car - I came back to a $35 parking ticket from the town of Kingston!
