The location is great to get around downtown!
The room could have been a little cleaner. There were finger prints on doors, what looked like ketchup on walls.

Early check in was granted. A room change option was offered. The location is right downtown with everything close by. The 26 floor offered pool, hot tub, and fitness centre. Staff was helpful.

Room was quiet and clean.

Nothing
There was no where to park in front of the hotel to check in. Homeless people were in the elevator. Told staff and they didn’t do anything about it.
