Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites

Location close to airport and free shuttle

The really poor breakfast delivered by room service.Took 50minutes from ordering, mediocre white bread, only toasted on one side and half a small cup of cappuccino.Plus I had to ring to see why it was taking so long for such a small simple order

Super close to the airport and the breakfast was superb. The room was really nice and the beds very comfortable. The soundproofing was also excellent because we couldn’t hear anything despite the airport being across the road. An excellent hotel!

Wasn’t overly happy with the $35 fee to park.

The location is very good. Staff is friendly, especially in the restaurant. Very peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean

The bathroom definitely needs renovations

Very close to the airport with a convenient, free bus shuttle. Good 24 hour check in. Spacious rooms. Nice pool. Nice staff.

Very dated and drab rooms. No main light in the main room so it was dingy unless you want open curtains which led to to a view of a car park 2 floors down (in our case). Very noisy. The air conditioner had a noisy cycle every 15 minutes which led to a disrupted night’s sleep. We were too tired due to jet lag to wait for the hotel engineer the next day who was busy and could not come straight away so we simply turned it off. The shower temperature was difficult to work out. It was cold unless the water was put on at full volume. When the person next door had a bath the walls are so thin you were very aware when their taps were running or not. The gym has 3 broken large pieces of equipment around with ‘caution do not use’.
