100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
I appreciate very much the wheelchair accessibility and that some staff were friendly n helpful especially the gentleman and the lady who checked me in on my day of arrival. Daily breakfast was more than decent n the availability of coffee/tea 24/7 was a bonus. The nearby Banff Trail train station makes commuting to the city and other places of interest very convenient. A great place to stay in Calgary. I’ll stay there again for sure.
The ongoing construction work and one male staff on evening duty at the front desk who was discourteous. I entered the hotel on my send day of stay. He ask if I was staying there since I was having some coffee. He wasn’t friendly at all. When I showed him my keys, he didn’t apologize for his rudeness. He just turned his back n left. I don’t think that was the right way to approach a guest, it was rude to say the least.

Proximity to University. Bed was very comfortable. Desk staff were very pleasant
Was notified by Booking.com that the pool & hot tub wouldn't be available due to hotel renovations. No one informed us that the whole hotel was being renovated ( outside facade/scaffolding/ torn up rugs in lobby/ tarps blocking window views......
Kind of felt duped.
