We appreciated that the hotel was rather quiet, during our stay. We stayed on the second floor. The room was generally clean, with only 2 squished flies sticking to the bathroom wall.
The little bathroom nightlight was verg helpful and a nice touch.
Unlike most other hotels, the bathroom light and the bathroom fan had individual switches. I really loved that, as it keeps nightly visits to the bathroom quite and is more environmentally responsible, because it saves a bit of energy.
Unfortunately, the bathroom door heavily scraped across the floor. It was difficult to use.
Disgusting was that people often smoked, right by the entrance door, which made it impossible not to enhale any of it. It was rather strong at times and made me nauseous.
Other than that, hour stay was very perfect and we would come back any time

The hallway doors are paper thin - could hear all the rowdy parties walking - laughing loudly up and down the hall ALL night 😡
The no smoking rule is very well received 🙏👍

The symposium attached to the comfort Inn was excellent.
We were in Brantford for a wedding and we stayed at the comfort inn for 2 nights. The maid service never came in to make our beds. We had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, kleex. We also asked for coffee for the coffee maker in our room and they could not supply with regular coffee only decaffeinated.
