Staff very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with our patio door
The bed was hard, the pillows are not comfortable (there is nothing to them), there was a funky smell to the hallway and our room, kind of like the stuff you used to sprinkle in carpets to make them fresh……but it has gone on too long. The breakfast wasn’t up to standard. The eggs were tough and laying in some mystery liquid, no hash browns, and I don’t like sausage. One of the waffle makers was out of order, and both the muffins and yogurt were the cheapest quality. Very disappointing.

Stay here often, pricing and location is on point, quick breakfast items, coffee and juice is a bonus. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Room temperature guage works well and you can adjust to your liking. Easy to use.
The sink was slow draining, which is gross. Pillows are terrible, floppy and no support. Still have carpets in the rooms, is comfortable, but need to ensure it is vacuumed properly.

Cleanliness
Check in not possible without a physical credit card which was very painful staff was blunt saying it is a policy. I had to get my credit card which took me 3 hours time. Pathetic experience.
